Well, finally, at 8 1/2 months old, Liam has sprouted a tooth! His top right front tooth just popped through today, which is really exciting, but has also involved a couple of nearly sleepless nights recently and obviously a bit of discomfort on his part! Just now he’s in his crib having a bit of a cry and Richie’s in the room singing him to sleep, with a little bit of help from some Calpol (aka baby tylenol). Actually, it’s gone quiet in there now, so that’s a good thing. So, he doesn’t seem to be enjoying this whole tooth-getting experience at the moment, but at least in the medium-to-long term he’ll get some good use out of them!
